About Us
Recycling Services operates independently but is owned by Cory Environmental, one of the UK’s leading recycling and waste companies with a history of waste management that dates back for over a century.
We are capable of undertaking any individual or combination of waste and recycling services for our customers. However, our experience is that the greatest gains are made from bringing all services under one umbrella and then using a systematic methodology to improve performance.
Audit Our experienced project managers will assess a customer's needs and make recommendations for improvement.
Immediate Gains On roll out of our service improvements we would expect to make immediate cost savings of 10-25%, by using more cost effective suppliers and better organisational practices.
Target Setting Without measurement (first) and target setting (second) it is impossible to measure progress; whilst we cannot tell our customers how much waste to produce we can provide ongoing measurement and benchmarking data that allows realistic targets to be set.
Ongoing Improvement We focus on introducing new services, better practices, education, and project management assistance.
Review All of our major contracts are allocated an account manager who will review performance periodically and work with those customers to further improve and set new targets.
The combination of our market strength and understanding of technical systems and waste and recycling markets lead to significant cost savings and improvements in efficiency and environmental performance for our customers.

Suppliers We manage over 1 million tonnes of waste and recyclables each year on behalf of some of the largest and best known companies in the UK. To achieve this we have a broad network of tried and trusted suppliers whose skills are harnessed to deliver the best possible value, adaptability and service standards. Our suppliers are carefully vetted and must meet various statutory requirements and rigorous performance standards.
Customer Services When you call our office you will not be faced with a menu or a call waiting system. You will talk directly to a person wanting to help you.
